I booked a full body massage as I have been feeling stressed and holding a lot of tension in my back, neck and shoulders. Mel asked what pressure I needed and where we needed to focus on to get the results I wanted. The massage was amazing and I felt so relaxed throughout and after! Will definitely be booking again!
