Lovely treatment room in a gorgeous location. Evie’s facial and back massage was wonderful, the products smelt lovely, my skin feels soft and pampered, and I left feeling completely relaxed…. I could have stayed there all day! Will definitely be back :)

A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

I spent an incredible two hours on a rainy Sunday afternoon having the aptly named 'Bliss Escape'. A one hour full body massage followed by a one hour facial. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed by Bianca, she talked me through the treatment and I got to choose what oil to use. The treatment itself was amazing, in all honesty I don't think I can remember having better, even at luxury spas. I left feeling completely relaxed and with soft glowing skin. This was the first time I have been to Bianca and will most definitely be back. I would 100% recommend.
