What an amazing experience! The room was tranquil and the bed relaxingly warm. Selda gave me a deep tissue massage which was outstanding. She kept checking about the pressure and if I was uncomfortable in a position she used small pillows to help. I had a lot of tension in the neck, shoulders and back which she worked so hard to relieve for me. I cannot praise her more highly and look forward to visiting again.

Claire is so lovely, and goes deep into your concerns and what she can do to help in the best with the treatment, her place is warm, cosy and inviting. The massage bed is the best as it's heated and warm and you just melt into the bed. Her treatments are amazing and she really concentrates on your tension.

Loved it!!!! Always have an amazing experience. May is so lovely and we have lots of laughs whilst she irons out my aches and pains. This place is HIGHLY recommended, the therapists are so professional but not unapproachable and the environment is just perfect. Hygienic, professional and friendly. Excellent treatment will be my go-to beauty salon in Halifax.

Claire is such an amazing holistic massage therapist. I have tried physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors, and none of them have gotten close to helping my chronic back/neck pain. Most just charge a lot of money as they fill in forms and look at you, whereas Claire at Bien Etre is an expert at deep tissue massage. I'm so glad I found her!

Outstanding experience... I booked a 90-minute deep tissue massage and it was exactly what I needed. They spent a significant amount of time concentrating on my specific pain points, and I walked out feeling a lot better. The technique was perfect—firm but effective. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for real relief. I’ll definitely be going back

I moved from Leeds to SB and was struggling to find a good local place for a relaxing massage, I've seen Rachel twice, once for a lava shell massage and second for the relax & revive massage. Both were amazing, pressure just right and I left feeling so relaxed and all the tension gone from my muscles. Ive also been to have my eyelashes tinted and lifted, the service was explained really well as it was done and my eyelashes looked great. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and I can't wait to try more treatments!

I had my first session with Sasi at Serenis Massage Therapy, and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! I was experiencing back pain, and her deep tissue massage really helped. She was thorough, professional, and so calming, making sure every area that needed attention was treated. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I left feeling both physically relieved and mentally refreshed. I can’t wait to book my next session and would highly recommend Sasi to anyone!

After a recent tumble and hurting all my right side I was tempted to rearrange my appt with May until I felt less sore,but I needn’t have worried as she intuitively,expertly and gently made my whole body feel so much better,her touch is becoming very familiar to me now and I instantly relax as soon as it’s time for hands on.I’ll be back for more.Don’t hesitate to book .
