It was my first visit to this lovely little salon having received a voucher as a gift. I had an upper back hot oil massage and a rose quartz facial. Louise is very welcoming and friendly and done a wonderful job so relaxing, so relaxing that I think I was snoring a few times🤭. Would definitely recommend it hope to visit again soon.

Just what I needed after a bout of covid. I tested negative and had no high temperature and had been over 5 days since I tested positive so Louise was happy to carry on with my appointment. I was so relaxed with the hot stone massage I fell asleep. It was wonderful. Thankyou Louise for your expertise in what you do. Your time and patience. I'll be back for more next month xx

Another fabulous facial from Louise. I had the detox and my face felt (and looked) a million times better. I had to skip the back massage today (😢) because of a bad back, but I have to say, the heated bed really helped ease it. My son (35) came along with me today for the men’s facial and back massage and says he feels so much better for it. As always, Louise made us feel completely at ease and pampered. Brilliant!

I injured my back and broke ribs in a riding accident. Louise gives a superb massage to relieve the aches and pains and demonstrates her superb knowledge, talking through what she finds and needs to do. The salon is immaculate relaxing and a safe place to visit. Louise works with both a visor and face mask.

Just had an amazing face the world sacred candle back massage which was absolutely fabulous. I would definitely recommend this and Louise. From walking into the gorgeous treatment room, the atmosphere and lovely smelling candles, to leave is amazing. You're welcomed into the room and instantly feel calm and relaxed with no rush. Louise chats and explains everything that is going to be done and shows you all the products that will be used. Afterwards Louise brings you a drink of your choice and a treat and leaves you to sit and relax. Cannot recommend Louise enough. Thanks again xxx

Booked a last minute appointment with Melissa after not being able to get a waxing appointment at my usual salon, and I'm so pleased I did. Melissa was really friendly, professional throughout, and regularly checked on my comfort during the bikini wax. My first visit to the salon, Melissa was so welcoming and professional. The salon was immaculate and the treatment room was so relaxing (smelt amazing). I had a 35 minute back massage and it was blissful, I’ll definitely be back soon.

First visit to Mode and OMG what a wonderful treatment I had, will definitely be back for more. Everything was explained before starting treatment and throughout, nice relaxing music. Treatment was Dermaplaning which included neck, shoulders and arm massage. Left so relaxed and refreshed.
