Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I went to this salon for the first time yesterday for a haircut, and I had a great experience! A special thank you to Lia, who did my haircut — she was absolutely wonderful. She listened carefully to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out.🫶 I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

“I had a 60-minute shoulder, back & neck massage and it was fantastic. Ewelina checked in about the pressure, found all the tight spots in my shoulders and upper back, and worked them out without it being painful. The space was clean, calm, and professional. I felt noticeably looser afterward. Highly recommend. This is my 2nd massage with Ewelina and I’m just about to book my 3rd

Absolutely amazing. I was a bit anxious about having my haircut after years of growing my hair, but my stylist was absolutely lovely and kept checking with me every chance there was. 100% would come back :) and would 10000% recommend !!

It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Very quick, never awkward and yep, nearly painless wax experience - coming from me, with my super low pain threshold. Thank you Shaf! 🌞

Lovely owner & therapist. Very clean salon. I had Hifu. I was sceptical but thought would try it. I felt very little during the treatment despite it being on maximum power (though I have been told I’ve got a high pain threshold). Apparently it can be a bit uncomfortable. I found it quite rélaxing. Results are meant to take a few weeks but a week in &my skin definitely appears firmer & refreshed. I’m 52. Treatment is expensive but if the improvement continues I’ll definitely have it again. Much better to make your skin produce collagen than inject poisons in. Highly recommmend salon & Hifu

Staff here were lovely and made my daughter’s very welcome , it was my youngest daughters first time having her hair cut , I was worried how she would be , but the hairdresser did a fantastic job , we will be back soon

Excellent service, very clean space. Rakhi is very professional and friendly. Booked me in into very short notice. I had a great full body massage + Indian head massage. I also had some waxing and threading done and I'm very happy with Rakhi's attention to detail. I will definitely be back and will bring friends and family to her. Thank you

I’ve been coming back to this salon three times in a row now, and every visit has been a great experience. Rose has done my haircut each time, and she is absolutely lovely. She really listens to your concerns, understands exactly what you want, and delivers it perfectly. I always feel comfortable and confident in her hands. I also had my eyebrows threaded yesterday by Aarti, and she did an excellent job. Very neat and gentle, and I was really happy with the result. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service at a very reasonable price. A place you can truly trust.

Had problems parking and then getting into Skindeep due to roadworks and temporary traffic lights - clearly beyond anyone's control. Walked into an empty reception and called and waited for a good 5 minutes before going back outside and ringing the bell again. Once I was welcomed, the procedure was fully explained before treatment began. I had no previous experience of HIFU so was surprised somewhat by the sensation (sometimes unpleasant) around the jawbone.
