I had a wonderful experience at Silver Spa Cheltenham with Ms Kay. I booked the treatment to relax after a stressful few weeks, but she quickly identified areas of tension I wasn't even aware of and adapted the treatment accordingly. It was clear that she knew exactly what she was doing and understood what my body needed. The treatment was professional, thorough and genuinely effective. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed and much better than when I arrived. Thank you, Ms Kay. I will definitely be back.

All round a great experience - I would give 10 stars if I could! It has taken me a while to find somewhere to have my waxing done I feel comfortable, but I will be coming back to Cotswold Skin Studio indefinitely! The environment was lovely, easy to find, plenty of parking, very clean and welcoming and my waxing was done brilliantly - no issues at all. I felt so welcome and at ease throughout the whole appointment and had a good chit chat which was lovely! I am already booked for Feb and cannot wait.

Silver Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham. I opted for the wonderful full body scrub and massage from Ying, and I can honestly say it was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. Ying made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique is incredible; firm yet relaxing, intuitive, and deeply rejuvenating. The full body scrub left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed, while the massage melted away every ounce of tension I was carrying. Ying has an incredible talent, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

This was honestly the best massage I've had in a long time and definitely the best in Cheltenham. A hidden gem I hadn't heard about. I was sent this voucher as a birthday gift and it was absolutely amazing. A calm waiting area, lovely and welcoming staff, decently priced, easy to get to and the staff really know what theyre doing. I get massages often and this was a really high quality, relaxing and invigorating session. Kay was my masseuse and she made the effort to work on areas that were sore and get the knots out of my shoulders and feet. Wow. I'll be returning and recommend this place!

Had a really lovely experience this afternoon at Sanctuary & Sage. Amy was absolutely fantastic—warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment has been amazing, the best facial I’ve had so far. I have been to expensive salons before, however, I never left so pleased. I have very sensitive skin, dealing with eczema and psoriasis, my skin gets very easily triggered. Oksana’s products have been amazing though and also helped to clear my spots which are hormonal. I look forward to my next appointment! Thank you for being so accommodating and giving me back my self confidence!

Alwyn is a very good masseur, with excellent communication so you always feel at ease and in control of each phase of the treatment. The treatment itself is well designed and paced; genuinely head to toe experience. Extremely good value for money when compared to spa and wellness type facilities, and easily accessible part of town with close by parking options.

First time coming to the salon. It was super easy to get too, having lots of parking around there was always an option. Locating the building was super easy through effective signs. I just had a whole body massage with Oksana and it was the perfect way to gently transition into the weekend. Oksana has a remarkable ability to identify and release areas of tension within the body. Her massage technique is excellent, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed. She is very caring, dedicated and genuinely devoted to her clients' wellbeing, which shines through in every aspect of the treatment. The treatment room is quiet and relaxing, with soft music creating a wonderfully calming atmosphere, and the salon is very centrally located. I could not recommend her enough!
