This was my first time visiting Cotswold Skin Studio and I can say with total confidence that it was a truly fantastic experience. Henrietta was so kind, patient and caring throughout the entire appointment. After having horrendous experiences with previous waxers, it is wonderful to have been properly looked after and waxed properly. Silver Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham. I opted for the wonderful full body scrub and massage from Ying, and I can honestly say it was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. Ying made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique is incredible; firm yet relaxing, intuitive, and deeply rejuvenating. The full body scrub left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed, while the massage melted away every ounce of tension I was carrying. Ying has an incredible talent, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

All round a great experience - I would give 10 stars if I could! It has taken me a while to find somewhere to have my waxing done I feel comfortable, but I will be coming back to Cotswold Skin Studio indefinitely! The environment was lovely, easy to find, plenty of parking, very clean and welcoming and my waxing was done brilliantly - no issues at all. I felt so welcome and at ease throughout the whole appointment and had a good chit chat which was lovely! I am already booked for Feb and cannot wait.

The treatment has been amazing, the best facial I’ve had so far. I have been to expensive salons before, however, I never left so pleased. I have very sensitive skin, dealing with eczema and psoriasis, my skin gets very easily triggered. Oksana’s products have been amazing though and also helped to clear my spots which are hormonal. I look forward to my next appointment! Thank you for being so accommodating and giving me back my self confidence!

So good. Beautiful salon. Friendly and welcoming. I had a neck and back Swedish massage and it was so good. Mandy listened to my needs to customise the massage. It was relaxing but also felt like it was really helpful for the back pain and stress I was carrying. Would gladly recommend and will be returning.

The spa is very new, modern, and clean. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Ms Kay. I went in very sore & full of knots but left feeling extremely relaxed and she did an amazing job relieving the pain. The tea to go at the end was also a nice touch! I highly recommend Silver Spa and Ms Kay!!

I’m a regular client of Oksana and always happy with the results! My brows look great every time, and today I also tried the facial detox — it was so relaxing. My skin feels fresh, clean, and glowing. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back!

I booked a massage for my husband for his birthday and Nairn didnt dissappoint as always! He couldnt stop talking about her, hed never had a massage before and he wants to come back again and again! The receptionist was also lovely they got my husband a cake with a candle and wrote happy birthday on his cup. They both truely made my husbands day special i cant thank you guys enough youre the best! 🥰💕

Excellent. A friendly welcome at NYR Cheltenham and a wonderfully relaxing reflexology treatment.

Had my eyebrows microbladed by Henrietta, something I had been thinking about for a long time but was worried about the outcome x no need to have worried. Henrietta is a true professional, she talked me through what she was going to do. No pain involved just a slight scratching feeling. Henrietta made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. Really pleased with the outcome, have just been back after 4 weeks to have my brows checked and any infilling that needed doing. Again Henrietta explained the process. Would highly recommend Henrietta she is a true professional.

It was a wonderful massage today with Anna. I am so happy that I've found her and the Silver Spa. Can't wait to be back on my return visit xx
