I can’t recommend Deb enough. She really does work wonders with her massage. She listens and advises on what is needed to help your aches and pain. I’ve had so many massages over the years but Debs are the best!! Then I have to mention the LVLs, the absolute best! Seeing Deb for an appointment is like seeing a best friend. You leave feeling so refreshed and happy and relaxed x

Abbey is such a beautiful soul. So caring in her approach. She doesn’t rush and takes time to speak with you and find out any particular issues you’re having that she might be able to help with and will always give you what you need and ask for. Her new treatment room in Caerphilly is great. A really nice relaxing room. Can’t wait to see you again soon. xx

First time visiting Debs and from the moment of booking to the treatment itself was such ease! First proper time having a Hollywood wax and was a bit nervous but Deb made me feel at such ease, felt like I’d had known her years and wasn’t my first time there 🤣! Ahhh... What a wonderful session with Abbie today, but as a regular I'm always so thankful for our appointments! As a massage therapist she's awesome and so lovely as a person. She very much knows my body well now, so understands my pains, aches and conditions. I felt super zen, relaxed and better afterwards. Always highly recommend Abbie and always look forward to having that time to rest and feel at ease ❤️

I had a wonderful aromatherapy massage with Reiki from Abbie—it was one of the most calming and soothing treatments I have ever experienced. Abbie’s calm and caring presence instantly put me at ease, and her new beautiful, peaceful treatment room made it even more special. Abbie is clearly very knowledgeable about what she does and explains things so well; you can tell that she wants you to get as much out of the experience as possible. Deb is a beautiful lady who always manages to make you feel a million dollars . Had facial and micro dermaplaing gave me the most amazing head massage and facial massage had my first proper nights sleep since I was ill. My skin was glowing when I left thank you so much x

It was My first time going to debs and I was slightly nervous but honestly can say Deb made me feel so welcome and was so nice to talk to, instantly relaxed me! The room was lovely and clean, calming and warm enough! I had a deep tissue massage and wow is all I can say. I went in feeling pain and tightness and left feeling so much better!
