Floating on air - I am a stress-free zone after that delightful massage (even Bristol traffic couldn't touch this zen!). First time trying the Wellness Signature 90 minutes and it was absolutely divine. Laura-Lea somehow manages to work out all the knots and tension while still making you feel so utterly relaxed. Absolutely authentic and perfect pressure massage. Katie was really professional and knew exactly the pressure points. I usually have to ask for more pressure at back with others but she just knew what is needed in deep tissue. I can say the best Massage ever received in Bristol. Thanks

This was our second visit here and honestly, they are the BEST! 😍 We’ve tried other massage centres, but nothing compares to this place. My husband and I came in with so much tension in our back, neck and shoulders, and they truly worked their magic! 🙌 They understood exactly where we were stressed and focused on those areas so well. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The staff are so welcoming, polite and professional, and the room is always clean, neat and comfortable. We absolutely loved our couples massage today and will definitely be back! ❤️💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

I honestly can't thank you enough. I walked in carrying so much tension and stress, and I left feeling like a completely different person. You have such a calming presence, and it was clear from the start that you genuinely care about your clients. The massage was exactly what my body needed. You somehow found every area that had been causing me discomfort without me even having to say much. I felt so relaxed, cared for and completely switched off from the outside world. I had my first ever reflexology session and wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but it was such a relaxing and positive experience! Lisa explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease from the start. The treatment itself was so relaxing, and I could really feel areas of tension being worked on in a gentle but effective way. I left feeling lighter and much more relaxed. I’d definitely recommend reflexology to anyone curious about it and will definitely be booking with Lisa again.

I had a fantastic holistic massage with Lisa and couldn't recommend her enough. I really felt she tuned in to my needs and my body and is such a natural at massage - working areas that needed release and including a relaxing head massage too. I will be coming back for sure!

Lovely massage. PJ worked on all the areas that were sore. The masaage room was super cleanand cosy with lovely candles. Felt completely relaxed afterwards and was offered a lovely drink to finish my visit. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Amazing amazing!! I have had an issue with my hand for around a year and it hasn’t felt like it was getting any better. I mentioned it toward the end of my massage and lucky was able to make jt so much better within just 5-10 minutes. Highly recommend
