Incredible massage with Lucy, super relaxing and she was really friendly. Pressure was good and firm, and the ambiance of the room was lovely. I will be back for more and am already thinking of booking one for my mum and another for my fiancé.

I don’t think words can do justice of how incredible my Japanese Head Spa experience was. The massage into the facial and then the head spa, I don’t think I’ve ever felt so relaxed during a treatment before. I can’t wait to come back for another. Thank you so much xx

The service was excellent and the massage in particular was the best I've ever had - and I've had a few! The facial left me with a glow that was beautiful. I will definitely be back again. As always Ellie is very professional and always give great advice on how to look after your nails and keep them looking great, I often get 3/4 weeks of looking fantastic. I have been to Ellie for other treatments such as eyelash lift and eyebrow shape and tint, again aways extremely happy. I have also had facials and massage done by Lisa, very relaxing and come away stress free. I would highly recommend Defined Studio.
