Rebecca was extremely professional, she spoke with me prior to the treatment. I fully enjoyed the massage, it was relaxing and helped easy my constant back and shoulder aches. Comfortable and safe surroundings helped me to relax and enjoy the treatment. Would highly recommend and definitely will be visiting again.

I have been a regular client of Beth's since she started, I have chronic pain and degenerative disc disease in my back and neck. My physio told me that regular massage would not cause any further damage and Beth is so adaptable to my needs. She knows exactly which areas are causing me the most issues and spplies just the right pressure to make them feel much easier. As Beth told me today, having regular appointments makes this much easier for us both. I will say that the upper body rewind is my most favourite treatment, I was literally in the land of nod after such a difficult day at work ☺️

Last night I had the pleasure of experiencing a lymphatic full-body massage combined with wood therapy, and it was truly transformative. From the moment the session began, I felt a sense of relaxation and release. Natalie’s technique was both gentle and effective, stimulating my lymphatic system while easing built-up tension throughout my body. Especially my right leg that has a lot of pain. The incorporation of wood therapy tools added an extra dimension to the treatment. The wooden rollers and sculpting instruments helped contour and smooth areas. I will definitely be having one more often.

Great experience, felt wonderful after pregnancy treatment and Beth made sure I was physically comfortable all the way through which is challenging at 36 weeks pregnant with pelvic pain! Highly recommend and would go back for other treatments she offers.

First time visiting thus salon, and was very impressed that the lovely lady that did my hair had gone up and beyond, had opened the shop on a day that it is normally closed, my appointment was for Monday 21st sep at 16:30, but she phoned me and asked if could re schedule due to staff being ill, which I excepted, but she was very professional, made me very welcome, and did exactly how I wanted to have my hair, could not fault her, the salon and expertise, will defo be coming back in the future, thank you so much, partner said its looked lovely xx

I had the Escape & Renew Experience - WOW, just amazing. Kat was so lovely and welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. Kat’s space is so cosy and beautiful - perfect for a relaxing massage. I will most certainly be back for more treatments.

The massage I had was amazing. I have had issues with sciatica and after a quick conversation about ‘problem areas’ the relaxing began. When Becca gently brushed her hands over my lower back, I felt a gentle heating sensation. Then Becca gently worked her magic! I honestly can’t believe the difference! The pain hasn’t gone completely, but I can now move without wincing in pain. I would (and have) totally recommended Becca for massages just for the time relaxing, but I honestly think she’s put me on the way to some form of recovery.

Oh my Beth's new packages are amazing, picking all the right bits and giving you pure relaxation. I honestly did not want to mive afterwards. I've been seeing Beth since she started out and have found that regular massage for my chronic pain is an absolute life saver. Its the only way I keep functioning and manage to work despite having debilitating pain at times. I have also made a fantastic friend who gives me time to speak about things before the massage which may otherwise impact on my relaxation 😊

I had a back facial and massage and it was excellent. Kat checked I was ok throughout the treatment, adjusting pressure accordingly. She went through my consultation form before starting to double check everything and then sat down with me at the end of the treatment to go through aftercare. All in all, an excellent service and I would recommend her to anyone. Looking forward to trying other treatments x

Becca is honestly a miracle worker! I can’t put into words how amazing I feel after the back massage. I’ve had a painful shoulder for a while and just thought it was one of the joys of getting older, but after Becca worked out all the knots I feel 10 years younger! Can’t wait for my next pamper session.

After a very stressful week, this was the best way to recover. I had a Indian head massage with Diane. It completed removed all my tension. Definitely going back for others treatments.
