Tracey was great! Figuring out the best treatment for me felt thorough and collaborative. She was very intuitive with finding all my tension points. I really liked that she explained which muscles were tight/problematic and how this might impact pain/tension. She is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Will definitely be returning. I had a massage with Tracey and it was really good. I’ve never had a professional massage before and Tracey was very kind, friendly and made me feel comfortable. The focus on my back, neck, and shoulders today was exactly what I needed, and again Jill was an expert in finding all the knots and tension points while still making the whole experience incredibly rejuvenating and relaxing.
