I am currently training for a ultramarathon. And for recovery there is no better place close by in south Sydney that offers the recovery needs for my body to reset and recover quickly. Unbelievable clean and such friendly star. 10/10.

I always have the BEST massage with Gammar! She is so exceptional at releasing all the tight spots around the glutes, hips and shoulders. She is truly an expert at knowing where all the pressure points are and releasing all the tightness from your body so you walk out feeling like a dream. At the time, not so much, but I always say no pain, no gain! Ask for the Thai traditional massage with no oil, its her specialty and it's literally on par if not better than any massage you'll get from a physio. Thank you so much Gammar!

Such an amazing experience. I completely went into a trance and was able to truly unwind. The lymphatic drainage treatment left me feeling lighter, relaxed, and refreshed, followed by one of the best massages I’ve had. The space itself is beautiful, and Luna is absolutely lovely, she creates such a calming atmosphere, offers great conversation, and has the most soothing energy. A 10/10 experience that I can’t recommend highly enough.

My massage was excellent- strong hsnds to get to the hard knots. I thought I was fairly relaxed without too many tight spots. However I appreciated the pressure given with the full body image.

I had a wonderful massage with Julia. She was very intuitive and used a variety of massage modalities which was super effective. I just had an amazing deep tissue sports massage with Bruno, and I can’t recommend him enough. He really knows what he’s doing, he worked through all the tension with just the right amount of pressure, leaving everything feeling smooth, loosened up, and deeply relaxed.
