Absolutely beautiful salon. On time, clean, great vibe. All the girls are so friendly and attentive. I spent the whole day there and was offered numerous drinks. Fresh air, comfy chairs, even a massage chair when you get your hair washed. They have really gone above and beyond to make it an experience when you enter the space. I don’t know another place like this in Perth!

I had an incredible experience at The Little Gem Spa Massage in North Perth, and Tomoka was fantastic! The spa itself is clean and serene, creating a truly relaxing environment. The staff are professional and attentive, and Tomoka's expertise shines through in her massage. I left feeling renewed and revitalized. I highly recommend The Little Gem Spa and especially recommend booking a session with Tomoka!

One of the most beautiful massage spaces I’ve seen in Perth,it is calm, elegant, and instantly relaxing. I truly enjoyed the massage; every touch felt intentional and deeply considered. An amazing experience from start to finish. The massage was wonderful with just the right pressure, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. The service was excellent and made me feel completely relaxed and cared for. I loved the bath experience at the end, such a beautiful touch with tea and snacks to unwind. I had the Indulgence Wellbeing treatment along with a head massage, and every minute was blissful. Three hours very well spent. I can’t wait to come back!

The team at Sixteen are incredible! The salon in absolutely beautiful and having one space with amazing hairdressers, nail techs and a beauty therapist is so convenient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Best salon in Perth!

I had one of the most beautiful and relaxing massage experiences of my life with Yu Kawakami. Every second was pure bliss—she is incredibly wonderful, gentle, and genuinely caring. You can feel the passion and intention she puts into her work. I thoroughly enjoyed the lymphatic drainage massage, head massage, and reflexology—each treatment was perfectly balanced and deeply rejuvenating. The experience was made even better with a lovely coffee from the café, which added such a warm, thoughtful touch. From start to finish, everything felt calm, nurturing, and luxurious.
