I had such a lovely experience today, from the moment I walked in I was instantly relaxed and greeted with warmth! The relaxation massage was incredible and the red light therapy was super relaxing. Highly recommended. Definitely worth the $$$ Take some time for yourself and relax your nervous system 🫶🏼

Very professional massages. I went through remedial massage and relaxing massage as well as combinations of both. It help me to gain the energy and emprove my fitness. I would recommend it to anyone especially to people with bad back.

Today I had my first appointment at Body D Tox and met Carmel, who was my therapist for the day. From the moment I arrived, Carmel had such a calming and positive energy that immediately made me feel relaxed and excited for my treatments. I booked in for a massage followed by Reiki, which was my very first Reiki experience. Carmel delivered one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. It was incredibly relaxing while also targeting the areas in my back that really needed and learning reiki I’ll definitely be coming back to see Carmel and the wonderful team at Body D Tox. Highly recommend.

Just tried the Ionic Foot Detox for the first time. I honestly didn’t know what to expect… but I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and strangely refreshed. Helen has been my therapist for several months, commencing MLD post-op. The results have been incredible helping with swelling, definition & overall health & well-being. I leave helping lighter & relaxed. Helen is incredibly professional, knowledgeable & caring & has always made me feel comfortable & tailored my treatment to my needs on the day. Helen is an absolute gem & knows her stuff. I now see Helen on a fortnightly basis as part of my self-care plan. I highly recommend Helen!!

The ladies, were very accommodating and lovely. I was greeted, once I entered into the building, and offered water and tea. I was then taken to the room, where I was explained what to expect. Everything was very professional. I enjoyed the therapy, I chose very much. I was relaxed and comfortable the whole time. I look forward, to going back, and trying another therapy that is offered, that will help my body. I left, with the knowledge, of knowing how to take care, of my body for the next 72 hours. Thank you Taylor, for the treatment I received. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

The masseuse was incredibly friendly and provided a wonderful, deeply relaxing massage. However, the background noise from people outside the room and the chilly temperature in the room disrupted the overall relaxation experience.
