10/10 will be recommending. A friendly and professional massage and consultation, I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and focus was targeted on specifically analysed areas. My back feels much better already, and Lauren gave great advice on how to ease symptoms and be more aware of certain movements going forward.

Terri is so good at what she does, right from the initial meet and greet to the massage itself and then after it, She just takes the stress away and I would highly recommend her if ever you require a back massage Thank you so much Terri :-)

I can't recommend Lauren enough. I went in with a few ongoing aches and tight spots from training, and she instantly made me feel comfortable and listened to. She really knows her stuff—not just going through the motions, but actually explaining what’s going on and working through it with real care. The massage itself was exactly what I needed: firm where it needed to be, but never painful or rushed. I walked out feeling looser, lighter, and just better. You can tell she’s genuinely passionate about what she does and really wants to help people move and feel their best.
