Visited Lou for a few sports massages to get me ready for my first Cardiff half marathon this coming weekend! Both wonderful experiences and will be continuing to see Lou moving forward as I continue my running journey!

Lou was fantastic. I found her via an online search - the pregnancy massage was excellent. She takes great care to make sure you are comfortable and the treatment was wonderful. I booked immediately to go again :)
