I had my very first prenatal massage yesterday, and it was such a wonderful experience. Anthony was amazing—gentle, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did I leave with a relaxed body, but I also learned helpful breathing techniques that I can take with me throughout my pregnancy. I truly appreciated the care and thoughtfulness he brought to the session. Highly recommend!

I received an exceptional massage (90 mins.) I walked away feeling relief from pain and stiffness. Anthony seems to know exactly where you're having issues; with skill & technique, he alleviates any pain/soreness. He also provided suggestions to maintain the relaxed muscles in between appointments. 5 stars!!!

I love this place.It is the best invention ever.The salt cave it's so amazing.I need one that suffers with any kind of sinus problems or headaches or congestion.Oh, this is the place for you.The people there are so friendly and so caring... You are treated like family and home while you're there.One day, I will get to the other things that they offer.But when I think about the niagara salt cave, I think about the salt cave... It is for sure a must if you're in the niagara falls.Area or hamilton area as they have a location there too

The Zen Head Spa Ritual with Facial + Foot Treatment was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The staff were warm and professional, the atmosphere was so relaxing, and every part of the experience felt luxurious. The scalp massage was unforgettable, my hair felt amazing, and my skin was glowing after the facial. I left feeling completely refreshed and can't wait to come back. I went with my daughter on a 2 for one day. It was very relaxing, and I just loved the hand and foot detox experience, my hands feel so soft even a day later. Almost fell asleep, that’s how relaxing the whole experience was!

There were three of us and we did the Hand and Foot Detox. We all really enjoyed it. I was a little worried because I don't like being hot but I was fine. We left feeling so relaxed. We will definitely be going back.

The Salt Cave spa and especially the sauna is the best kept secret in Niagara Falls. Great facilities and professional staff. Very detoxifying and energizing. I love it.

I am so happy that I found this spa. I tried several RMTs since moving to Niagara Falls then I found Gia at Athena Beauty Spa. It is a friendly place, people are always smiling. An all round wonderful experience every time I am there.

We celebrated my husband's birthday here in Salt Cave in Niagara Falls. We had 3 treatments and all 3 were great! Time in Cave was soothing and very relaxing. Noticeable easy breathing! Hot salt bath with borowina mud was just awesome. I am familiar with it as I was taking borowina mud wraps back in Poland. I am very happy that I was able to find borowina here. And than lovely Swedish massage. Britney and Maja took very good care of us. Thank you all for great time 💓
