I had a manicure at BOA Beauty Bar in Somerset West and overall, I’m happy with the result – my nails look great and the therapist was friendly and pleasant throughout the appointment. That said, I did feel the experience was a little rushed and a bit more attention to detail would’ve made a big difference, as I had to ask for a few nails to be reshaped because they were slightly jagged or uneven. That aside, I appreciate the service and the therapist's effort, and I’d still consider returning. With a little more time and focus, the experience could go from good to amazing.

Had my monthly appointment at Nõa Nail Bar in Somerset West and I am beyond impressed with the service I received. The nail technicians who do my French nails are incredibly skilled and meticulous. Just had my second peel with Ashley at The Rose Boutique, along with brow shaping and dermaplaning — and I’m so impressed! Ashley is warm, professional, and so intuitive. She even took the time to massage my shoulder when she noticed I was in pain, which meant so much. My skin feels incredible, and my brows have never looked better. Highly recommend her for anyone wanting genuine care and beautiful results.

My therapist was really good, friendly and competent. She double checked the important stuff & made sure I was happy. To be honest, I am not a fan of your seats at your pedicure section. They are not roomy enough & definitely does not allow to just sit back & relax into a very good massage.

I highly recommend these ladies! I usually get my nails done every 3 weeks, but was away on holiday and after 4 weeks, not a single chip or peel. The Fresh Coat was recommended to me about two years ago after a lot of disappointing manicures at several different places in Somerset West. I have now been a happy customer for almost two years at The Fresh Coat. They get it right every single time. My nails look good and the gel lasts. Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.

I was feeling so relaxed and de-stressed after the massage, I will definitely recommend her services to anyone. Not to mentioned the friendly welcome and the cosy ambiance of the massage room.
