I have no issue with the lady that assisted me. I do however want to mention, management needs to train there ladies the correct treatments. I booked for a foot massage and was so looking forward to it but I got more of a leg massage. Left disappointed as the other treatment of a nail paint was great!!

The massage was incredible. She’s got great hands and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Few notes, would be nice to potentially highlight areas to focus on from a clients perspective. I had a few questions regarding technique and she didn’t have context or knowledge so I think it’s worth making sure the therapist is knowledgeable about the treatment they are offering. The treatment room could also do with some attention.

Yet again a lovely experience. The receptionists/managers always offer a warm welcome and a beverage. Thank you Oretha for your gentleness as well as sociability! It was such a good atmosphere being amongst many of the nail techs and having a laugh with them. Oretha gave great advice on my nail health going forward. She was attentive and gentle, yet when it came to the hand massage - AMAZING! Cannot recommend this salon enough. Currently not too busy due to them still being relatively new to the block.

I had a very pleasant experience, the staff are very friendly. Diana, the lady that did my nails was very gentle and accommodating to me as I was a bit indecisive on what to do with my nails and not once did she make me feel uncomfortable. I love the look of my nails and It is exactly what I wanted. The foot massage was so very relaxing.

I have known you for a couple of years and loved to see how the business evolved and the products expand. I order most of my products in bulk but use the opportunity to have a little pamper session when collecting the orders. Today was no exception and I had the best service with expertly trained hands to pamper me, and as always the amazing products. I even fell asleep after the massage session. It was just fine. She is friendly and competent. Only concern is the foot files. Those are not doing a great job. After pedi my heels are still rough. Feels like I am wasting my money on the heels.

Beautiful salon. I had a fantastic Pedi with Kholeka, loved the scrub and massage. Would like if there were more nail polish colours to choose from.
