I suffer with a lot of issues and I’ve had a lot of massages, physio, chiropractic, and I can honestly say this is the best massage I’ve ever had to date. Don’t be expecting a gentle relaxing massage from the deep tissue, but expect to walk out an inch taller! Jen was amazing and I will now be a regular customer!

I had an incredible experience with Lek, who provided one of the best full body Thai oil massages I’ve ever had. Located conveniently on the high street in Canton, the massage studio is clean, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. Lek was extremely professional and attentive throughout the entire session. She took the time to check in regularly to ensure I was comfortable and that the pressure was just right. I’ve had massages all over the world. I’m qualified as a massage therapist too so I never usually fully relax during massage as I’m “watching”what they’re doing. But this was the best massage I’ve ever had hands down. I’ll be returning regularly that’s for sure. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I was aching all over after two weeks of sightseeing and many miles of walking every day. My feet, legs, back and shoulders were exhausted from overuse. The massage I received was excellent - thorough and professional. I slept like deeply that night and nothing hurt! I only wish I lived in Cardiff so I could go back!
