I struggle a lot with chronic pain due to illnesses. Going to Fran is a breath of fresh air. She eases all the pain and really focuses on what your needs are. Her massages are just heaven on Earth. I can’t recommend Caitlin Warkup enough—Willow Pastures are incredibly lucky to have her. I came to her at a very dark time, and from the moment I walked in, I felt safe, cared for, and at ease. Nails are beautiful. Her skincare knowledge is amazing, and every treatment is given with such genuine kindness. The hot stones massages, especially the Indian head massage, left me feeling lighter than I can explain. This was more than a treatment—it was part of my healing. Ann is the best masseuse I have ever come across in my life. She is so knowledgeable and has truly magic hands and fingers. She just knows what to do and how to do it - every massage is unique - her approach is flexible and she uses a wide variety of techniques that require experience and knowledge to execute. I know my massages! My body and mind are infinitely better from the regular visits in the last 4-5 months. Andrew at reception is also so lovely, knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't recommend enough, outstanding in every way :)

After having a baby 7 weeks ago my body definitely needed some TLC and thats exactly what I got! Had the hot oil Thai massage for 90 minutes, and it felt like 10 minutes it was so good and I left feeling so much better (and very tired lol). Anpaktita even took into account I was breastfeeding so left a little bit of strength in my arms so I could feed my baby when I got home lol. Will definitely be back in the very near future. Thank you :)
