I was greeted warmly upon arrival, and my therapist Chris took the time to ask about my specific concerns before starting the session. Throughout the massage, his technique flowed seamlessly, creating a really calming and effective experience. I felt genuinely cared for the entire time, and it was clear he was attentive to my needs. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much better overall. I would definitely recommend this therapist.

Such an amazing experience and would highly recommend. The session started off with a brief arm massage and relaxing foot soak with bath salts, followed by a foot reflexology massage, and ending off with a shoulder/neck massage. Left feeling super relaxed and ready for the weekend! Would come again!

Dear Kana, I could see the floor and tables being cleaned, which made everything feel very hygienic and welcoming. I loved Kana made the hot towel on my head and the massage 💆‍♀️ — it was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep! Got a 1.5hr full body deep tissue massage by Chris and I think I've been reborn. I don't get massages regularly so I wasnt sure what exactly to expect but Chris was very professional - he took time to understand if there were any focus areas I wanted to target and then got to work - he massages places I didn't even know needed massaging. The massage was so good and I felt to relaxed and refreshed afterwards and was surprised and impressed by how good I felt afterwards. . Give the man a raise!!

The room was very relaxing with warm colours and a pleasant aroma. My foot massage felt great and the stretches at the end noticeably loosened my neck and shoulder muscles. The RMT was very patient managing my tight, injury-affected joints and checked in a few times to ask how I was doing. My only suggestion would be to offer a small pillow to lift client heads up a little when lying back in the armchair as my position left my neck feeling a little strained; I will communicate this earlier in my next session.

Mia did a great job on my back and glutes. It felt very relaxing and my back feels better. The pressure was perfect and I was comfortable throughout the massage. She found a knot in my glute that she took care of, and stretched my legs at the end. She also gave me some tips on relieving knots. Overall I had a great experience!

Julian is absolutely fantastic! I originally went in for a back massage back in December, and since then we have worked on my back, neck, and legs. His pressure is fantastic, and while I have struggled with other RMTs in the past, Julian listens to exactly what I need and knows exactly where to focus. He is great at chatting, but if you want to chill in peace, he is also really good at just letting you relax. I would 100% recommend visiting him—definitely ask him where he thinks you need focus after your first visit, as he really knows his stuff. It's always a pure delight visiting Knead!

I booked an extended session massage, which I understood to be a full-body treatment since the website didn’t provide more details. Instead, I received a foot and knee massage. It would be helpful to clarify this on the website, as both the RMT and I were unsure about what type of treatment I was supposed to receive. That said, the massage itself was excellent.

Love the ambiance and tea for the foot massage. The cloth to put over the eyes is a nice touch or serenity. Maggie was a fabulous tech with just the right amount of thumb pressure for my aches and pains!

Came here to check it out and loved the experience so much, I will definitely be back. It’s beautiful, clean, quiet, and unpretentious. The chairs are very comfortable, the tea was sooo good and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and a professional. I had Chris who helped me understand the connection between my foot muscles and breathing. He also gave me advice on how to work on this at home. Thanks Chris!!
