I had a great experience with HANA! I came in after giving myself a bad haircut, and she transformed it into something beautiful. She was patient, really listened, and gave helpful suggestions, even showing me how to style it at home so I can keep it looking great every day. Also, a big shoutout to Scarlet for the amazing head massage during the wash. Excellent service all around!

Very pleasant and thorough shampooing process. Scalp massage was the best part. Hairdresser has good technique. He blew the little pieces of hair off my gown 3 times at least. When I left he saw hairs left on my tee shirt. He and the receptionist offered to roll those off with a lint stick. 1-hour of paid parking needed for a haircut as they do spend such time, on me at least. I did notice if I pay for parking using the **HangTag app** the price is $1.50 for an hour, but when I scan the QR code on the wall sign, the price quoted is $2.49 per hour.

I had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted, my coat and belongings were placed in a locker and I was robed up and the lady even tied it for me! I was escorted to my hair dressers seat and I was given a tea menu. My hair wash was amazing, I got a great massage and thorough wash. And what can I say about the star hairdresser Raff. He was amazing. I didn't know what cut to get and he recommended a cut and took over. He exceeded my expectations! Thank you Raff! Thank you to the whole team.
