Emily is one of the best massage therapists I’ve experienced. She has a calm, gentle touch and is highly intuitive and knowledgeable. I’ve seen her for a relaxation massage, where she calmed my nervous system enough for me to fall into a deep state of relaxation. I’ve also seen her for remedial massage to address specific muscle tension and pain, which she treated in her skilled, calm, and gentle way—just the way I like.

She was very thoughtful and checked in with me about the pressure she was applying throughout the session. She made recommendations for further treatment that she felt would be beneficial to me. My first remedial massage was a really good experience. David's kind, calm manner belied the strength in his magic fingers. I have had relaxation massages but this was on another level. I felt the differences in my pain level in the areas that required attention, I was pleasantly surprised that after treatment when he went back to those areas it was not as painful. David encouraged me to speak to my gym trainers to teach me stretching exercises to help with the tension and pain and to return when I felt it was necessary. From entry into PB I was treated in a welcoming manner. Thank you.

My foot makeover was amazing! Sarah was lovely, the treatment roomwell set up, the foot massage divine and my toes look so pretty. Lovely smell and atmosphere in reception area too.
