My second time to Wash Park Nails and it was as great as the first. Everyone is so friendly and kind. The staff work together and you can feel the harmony. It’s a lovely space and their work is top notch with great attention to detail. I get a natural pedi and the massage feels amazing & the products small nice. Karol is darling. I was in for a lymphatic massage, Samantha is amazing. The Aurora location was easy to find, clean and relaxing. Samantha made sure I was comfortable and explained the lymphatic massage process and event gave me some other options, squeezing in a few minutes to relax my lower back as well. I will definitely be scheduling my second appointment soon.

Overall, the pedicures are absolutely among the best in town! Recommend! Upon arrival, I sensed a bit of coldness from the person who greeted us, as if we had arrived at an inconvenient time. It may just be her personality, but the other staff members seemed much warmer and friendlier. The removal of dead skin from my heels and toes was impressive. The leg scrub lasted only about five seconds, which left me wanting more and felt like a waste, considering the $60 price tag. While the massage was enjoyable, it seemed to focus more on the same spot rather than an overall foot/lower leg massage.

Overall was great, I love the attention to detail on cuticle care and making sure the polish is strictly on the nails. The lotion massage at the end of the pedicure was everything! My only complaint is my nail tech did cut my toenails a bit shorter than I'd like. I'd still come back though :)

BTS is my go to salon for pedicures. Celine always gives me a great pedicure and leg massage-thank you. Since they don’t do acrylic nails, you aren’t hit with the smell of chemicals the minute you walk through the door. Also, their foot tubs aren’t jetted so there are no concerns about what yuck might circulate when those jets are on. The salon is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend coming here for your nail care needs.

Wow! I had an amazing experience with a thermal wrap followed up by a massage with hot stones. This is one of the best things I’ve experienced.

Nicole did an amazing job. It was my first ever massage and she made me feel super comfortable throughout and was very willing to be flexible to meet my needs. I am plus size and have a chronic pain condition, so I was nervous beforehand, but am very happy with how my session went and will return. 10/10 highly recommend!

This was my first session with Natalie. After describing my chronic nerve issues, she took no time to begin working towards the area in question, using deep pressure techniques to loosen the muscle and minimize the nerve pain. Ever sensitive to applying too much pressure, Natalie was careful and professional throughout our allotted time. While I am completely aware of the therapeutic effects of bodywork, my primary focus on my monthly massage is purely relaxation. With life’s day to day challenges, I believe it’s important to get away from it all, if only for an hour, every month.
