I visited several specialists in one day: stylist Natalia, massage therapist Yana, cosmetologist Katerina, master Tatyana and stylist Svetlana. Each of the girls was very responsive, attentive and professional. I would also note that all the girls were very gentle in their touches, which created a special feeling of relaxation and care. I liked everything very much, the requests were satisfied and I left very beautiful. Cannot recommend Terry higher. I've been here a few times now and always receive an excellent massage. He's very sensitive to pain points, but also knows where and how to thoroughly work knots and tightness. Always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Can’t fault Lauren. Lovely woman, wonderful massage. Really enjoyed. Marred by a couple of things. My face didn’t really fit in the table hole - maybe it was too big? But a lack of padding around the rim caused me meaningful discomfort. Worse was the crash bang walloping from an adjoining room during my massage. I understand old buildings creak and groan as people move around, but if you know you have a paying client and that sound travels, you should be making a real effort to be tidying up as quietly as possible. A shame for someone else to have impacted the quality of Lauren’s work.

Had a massage with Emma. Simply fantastic! Spoke about a focus area on my back quickly before and she focused on it! Made such a difference to how I feel! Also offered some great advice on stretching and foam rolling to help some areas she found tight / knots in during the massage! Couldn’t recommend this experience more highly!

This was my second massage here and my first with Lauren and it was incredible. I felt so refreshed and much better afterwards. Lauren did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable, was very engaging and an expert masseuse. As always the facilities were immaculate and I was given plenty of water to keep hydrated.

Amazing experience with Florence at Arc Skin! This was my second time booking in with her for a facial massage as I was craving deep nervous system rest and I got just that. She sends you to a different planet with her touch and sweet, gentle energy. She really does have the magic touch when it comes to massage!!! The space is beautifully curated and so relaxing. Every last detail has been thought about. I will be coming back time and time again. It’s a must have for me when living in a busy city.
