Kokoro is so talented! She is so thorough and has such a warm nature. I was nervous about getting my hair done after having it done by the same person for years but she absolutely nailed my hair. Her head massage is also to die for. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely experience at The Little Gem Spa. The couples massage was very relaxing and the masseuses were skilled and professional when asking our preferences etc. The room was clean, calm and the perfect temperature. We enjoyed a lovely coffee and biscuit with our foot soak after our treatment. We will certainly be back for more treatments in the future. Excellent value for money.

I’ve been to a handful of wellness spas and massage parlours but my experience here far exceeds beyond expectations. I was met with a lovely smile as I walked in and was directed towards my private room. The aesthetic, the atmosphere was very inviting and relaxing almost as if the 45 hr work week could disappear. The lady that took care of me was very friendly and she pressed firmly on every knot and pressure points, as per my instructions, to make sure that I left satisfied. And satisfied I was, within 6 minutes I already caught myself snoring but I accidentally kept my apple watch on.

Great massage and really good foot reflexology fell a sleep a number of times which I regard as a sign of a good massage

Manami took gave me a fantastic Head Spa treatment. The massage was lovely, and the Tokio treatment has made my hair feel silky smooth. The blow dry at the end was exactly as requested. Smooth with some volume and movement. I will definately rebook.

It was great from start to the end. Second time there. From nice and warm welcome at the start, good customer service, to the hot stone massage, very good clean, class and elegant room. This is my first visit. Kokoro is so patient with me. I hand no idea what hairstyle and hair dye for my damaged hair. She went through many choices. My hair is nicely cut and dyed. It is so soft now. Language was a little barrier but she put in extra effort so that I understand. Thank you so much.
