TLDR: A spa experience with saunas and pools this is not. A serious massage with the impact of a medical procedure it is. Claudia can work miracles with her hands. I was in bad shape from chronically bad posture at work and at the point where my neck was locked up and in real eye-widening pain. In one session, Claudia restored range of motion and relieved my pain. Never experienced anything like it. I’ve been to bougie spas before, and the amenities are cool, but the massages often felt scripted. Claudia triaged my body, and the massage was personalized, professional, and very, very good.

Theresa was absolutely amazing! My facial was incredible, my skin felt so refreshed, clean, and glowing afterward. And the massage? Easily one of the best parts of the experience. You can really tell she cares about her clients and puts so much attention into every detail. I left feeling completely refreshed and already can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend Theresa to anyone looking to treat themselves! :)

Lupita is a great massage therapist! After my surgery, she’s been taking such good care of me. She’s awesome, knows the right steps, and makes sure the massages are done properly. I definitely recommend this place, especially because I love that they start draining you right after surgery and follow your doctor’s orders. I’ve had a really good experience with Lupita. I’m very happy with my results and the care I’ve received. I can’t wait to keep coming down to Downey for my massages in the future!! I found such a great team and will definitely keep coming back.

I had the best first time experience at NRD today! The treatment room immediately puts you in a calm and zen mood. I’m big on vibes and Natalie’s energy was sweet, welcoming and kind. Her facial and shoulder massage was perfection, just the right amount of pressure. I believe I fell asleep, it was that good! I could tell she’s truly passionate of what she does. My skin was glowing after the facial that I couldn’t stop staring at my skin in the mirror! I’m excited because I was introduced to a new sunscreen in which Natalie was kind to order that for me! I can’t wait to go back!

I had an amazing experience with Gabriella! I booked the BootyCamp treatment, combining lymphatic drainage massage and body sculpting, and she was absolutely wonderful. She is so sweet, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the body, inside and out. She explained every step, shared helpful advice, and constantly checked that I was comfortable and pain-free. I don't know where to begin because my whole experience was amazing! First of all, that was the best massage I've ever had in my life. I did deep tissue and head spa therapy. Then you're telling me while I wait for my massage, I sit in a massage chair and you get snacks and drinks?! Sweet front desk staff, clean, quiet, relaxing environment and I can skip hair wash day this week. Nayelly was absolutely wonderful! I haven’t felt that relaxed in a very, very long time. The head spa was the best I’ve had added massage and mini facial made it feel super lux. Products are great also, my scalp and hair felt incredibly refreshed afterward, and I left feeling very pleased. You can tell how passionate she is about what she does, and it shows in every detail. She was warm, kind, and attentive, making the entire experience feel both relaxing and luxurious. I will definitely be back soon!

I don’t know where to start… I am familiar with facial massages and I did them for myself for a while now. However, what I’ve just experienced with Yana is out of this world. Her touch and individual approach - I could feel she is a phenomenal specialist right away. She explained where I hold tension the most, possible reasons for it and gave recommendations.
