Jaz was awesome. They were thorough, gentle, and really made me feel comfortable. I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for awhile, and when I’ve gotten massages from other providers in the past, it’s hurt. Jaz worked on the areas where I’ve felt pain the most and my massage was relaxing and painless. High recommend! Definitely coming back.

Kristina always knows how to help and I leave feeling so much better than when I arrived! Two visits ago I had severe sciatica pain and with some intense work, the next day it was gone! Yesterday, I had a dull headache die to the weather and she performed lymphatic drainage. By the time I left my appointment, my headache was gone. She is truly a master of her craft and I highly recommend her for regular maintenance.

Everytime Jaz has worked on my body, I feel so much relief the next day. They have such gentle hands but they do deep work. I feel very held and cared for during our sessions. The massage helps me manage my chronic pain. Jaz has given me techniques to use at home on myself which has empowered me in my healing.

Every single session with Good Moon Bodywork is amazing!! Jazz is trauma informed and deeply intentional in the care they provide. I am someone who has had significant and debilitating migraines for most of my life, and since getting regular lymphatic drainage massage, the frequency has drastically decreased. I am so grateful for everything Jazz does and offers.

I had such a great experience with Jaz at Good Moon Bodywork. I booked a lymphatic massage not really knowing what to expect, but she made me feel so comfortable and explained everything with so much care and knowledge. She’s seriously magic—by the end, I felt lighter, less puffy, and so much more in tune with my body. It was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Can’t recommend her enough.

Absolutely wonderful session! I’m a massage therapist myself, and I came to see Jaz feeling very achy and sore, with discomfort in my muscles and my joints. Jaz listens to your concerns attentively and compassionately, and they know how to get to the heart of the issue for lasting relief. Today Kristina combined myofacial release and a massage focusing on my back and shoulders, where I am having some issues. I have been for many massages in my life and I don’t think I have ever experienced the incredible sensation like I did today. The myo massage combo was amazing. Even though the focus was on my upper body, the tingles of pleasure traveled down to my toes and even into my head. She has been working on my fascia four prior sessions over the past months so I’m not sure if that preparation laid the groundwork for the success I had today. Whatever the case, it was delightful.

I tried the new sauna. It was the warmest I've felt all winter. I feel healthier, energized! I had a 60 minute massage with Jean after the sauna treatment, she did an amazing massage! I'm so looking forward to my next appointment.
