Beth worked some magic on my back! I've been in so much pain recently that I haven't been able to even walk very far without having to sit down and only two days after the sports massage I feel like I've got a new back! She was so polite and friendly too and completely put me at ease!

Beth did an assessment of shoulder and neck pain in order to work on releasing the knots. She is also a physio so I got a lot of good advice about exercises I can do at home to help relieve the tension and pain I’ve been experiencing. I would definitely recommend booking a sports massage with her because she’s friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.

I left with reduced puffiness and a lifted look with a glow that continued throughout the following day. Kristina pays attention to detail and goes the extra mile to provide after care advise.
