She took on board my issues and adapted my massage to my needs... I was glad i went to my appointment as the heat from the stones combined with the heat from the couch was so good 🤗

I had a Swedish massage with Zoe today and it was absolutely amazing! I typically go for the Hot Stone massage, but wanted to switch it up - and I’m so glad I did. I recently tried a Brazilian lymphatic massage for the first time, and it was an amazing experience! If you struggle with bloating or just want a deeply relaxing massage that targets drainage, this is definitely something to try. This technique left me feeling lighter and refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back at least once a month!

After just moving the area, I was looking for a therapist who performs lymphatic massage. I came across Infrafit & was interested, I own an infra red sauna blanket but not heard of the equipment here. Session was great & I've booked for further sessions & the infra-red bike too...looking forward to using that and seeing the results. Like alot of women I hold extra fluid around my body & having seen results with conventional massage therapy I'm sure this'll be better. Go on ladies, give it a go, what have you got to lose, except for fluid & weight!

Calm and friendly atmosphere. This treatment is good for my circulation and helped alleviate aches and pains in my legs especially . Great lymphatic drainage . Good value with first try and membership deals
