After a terrible 2025nI booked today off. I looked for a last minute appointment, inky yesterday and was lucky enough to get one today. I am always a little apprehensive (no idea why) Jody was great from the moment we meet. I felt instantly at ease. The massage and facial were wonderful. Far exceeded my expectations. Natalie is great. She’s such a bubbly and lovely character. You could be having the worst day and you’ll feel much much better the minute you see her. The owner & the team managed to create a wonderful plan to help me prep for my wedding & I feel 200 times better now that I’ve completed our plan. From Hbot to Red light to Yolandi’s magical lymphatic drainage massages, they’ve made sure I was ready for my wedding abroad! Good job team!!

I had a deep tissue massage with Chris and it was honestly so good. It felt amazing and really helped ease the tension in my legs, shoulders and upper back. I felt so much more relaxed afterwards. Chris is a really nice guy and super easy to chat to, which made the whole thing feel comfortable and chilled. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a great massage.

I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

Fantastic as always, I had the Lymphastim lymphatic drainage, lost 6cm off the top and 6cm of the bottom and 4cm off the belly button area. 4cm off my left leg and 2.5cm off my right leg! Unbelievable 🙌
