This was a fabulous treatment. I had the Not a Facial facial. I was already interested in lymphatic drainage but this goes so much further with deep tissue massage of the facial muscles and clearing lymph flow around the body. It is very relaxing and I immediately had feel good vibes after. Will be doing again for sure. Diana is knowledgeable and a lovely lady. You are in good hands.

Really good , thorough, went through exercises and rehab with me and excellent massage

such a welcoming place the staff sare so friendly. ..I chose Paige what a lovely person and her knowledge is incredible I currently have a sports massage , cupping and red light therapy every two weeks and what. Difference it's making I would highly recommend anyone who does any kind of fitness workouts or training to get Intouch with Paige.

I’ve just had my first of five lymphatic drainage massage and loved every second! I was expecting a massage delivered by a masseuse, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it’s a ‘hands-off’ style massage using a compression suit and machine. The room you’re in is modern, clean, and set up with a TV and Netflix, allowing you to have 45 minutes of relaxation whilst the machine does its work. Caroline was absolutely lovely; she is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I can’t wait to go back for my next session!

I recently had the most amazing hot stone massage, and I can honestly say it was the best massage experience I’ve ever had. The warmth of the stones melted away tension I didn’t even know I had. Combined with expert technique, every stroke felt deeply therapeutic and soothing. The therapist was incredibly skilled and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The heated stones glided smoothly over my muscles, helping me fully relax while easing deep-seated knots and stress.

Had my first lymphatic drainage & colon cleansing treatment with Diana today. Seriously amazing. Diana was extremely informative regarding the treatment, as well as other areas of natural wellness. I have learnt so much from her today. I came away from the treatment feeling a sense of lightness and very refreshed. I had no idea about the lymphatic system and the benefits of having such treatment and the importance of paying attention to it.
