Had my regular facial with Sarah. Always a fantastic relaxing experience. I always leave feeling amazing. Sarah always goes above and beyond and you never leave until she is happy with your treatment. I have a sinus issue and she gave me a nasal massage that helped with clearing my sinuses. I would highly recommend Sarah.

Chloe is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand the areas, that needed attention before starting the treatment. The massage itself was excellent, firm where it needed to be, but always comfortable, and I felt a noticeable improvement afterwards. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people feel better and performs her work to a very high standard. The new location is a great setting for her treatments and I would highly recommend Chloe to anyone looking for a quality sports massage.

Visited Chloe at Body & Soul for my first sports massage and was really impressed. She was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about her work, and she explained everything in a way that felt both professional and easy to follow. The session itself was comfortable and reassuring, and she gave me plenty of practical advice for things I can do at home to keep improving. My shoulders and neck already feel so much better. Chloe is the best at what she does & worth every penny. Ive been having Fibromyalgia massage's from Chloe, for a while now. Im pain free most days and more importantly not bed bound anymore and managed to come off my pain meds. The knowledge Chloe has is excellent. I wouldnt have the quality of life, I have now, If it wasnt for Chloe. My monthly massage isnt a treat to myself, its treatment for my body
