The massage by Kara was the best I have ever had. Lovely room, nice smelling oil. Pressure just right. Came out floating!

Mariia was absolutely incredible. I was in so much pain and full of anxiety when I arrived, and she suggested some Reiki with my deep tissue massage. She has such a calm nature and immediately made me feel at ease. I've had treatments for many years and she seemed to ease muscles I didn't even know existed! I've had some really disappointing treatments in Eastbourne since I've moved back here, but I'm thrilled to have found Mariia. When the treatment finished, it was like a weight had been lifted!

Kara was great. Booked in for a Rejuvenate Massage Package and added a scalp massage which was a treat. I left feeling amazing, all my knots gone, able to twist my neck finally and my face was glowing! I felt great, already looking to book in again and can’t stop recommending her already. Can’t recommend enough. Great atmosphere, great treatments and even better company. Thank you Kara and wellness warehouse 🥰

We had a fantastic time for our first float. We were introduced to the room and shown how everything works - the member of staff on duty was very friendly and welcoming and she made us feel at ease. We look forward to our next visit!

I was a bit nervous at the beginning as it was the first I’ve been in a floating Therapy but Lizz and Zoe explained the process and were very supportive. I had the whole room including shower to myself. The water was warm and the room was calming. Shower afterwards was great. I couldn’t relax too much but only because I was worried to go to sleep, it was so quiet and peaceful in there. I definitely would give it a go again knowing what to expect and definitely would recommend the experience to others. I even got a yummy sorbet at the end of free. Thank you for having me.
