One of the best massage therapy visits I have had. Hedia is an incredibly knowledgeable therapist and took the time to listen to my needs and based the therapeutic session considering what she knew to be most effective techniques to reduce my pain.

I had an unpleasant time getting to the location due to road closure, which is out of your control. On the way I received a confusing text advising that I had to confirm my appointment at 12:30. Because I was driving, I could not read it nor respond. I received a pleasant greeting by Tatiana. In the treatment room, I was again confused by the vibrator, as I had initial difficulty understanding Anatolye’s explanation of it was for, etc. It felt aggressive and I was not prepared for 5 minutes of it. Very friendly with some language difficulties. Very impressed with manicure: care given to cuticles, shaping and massage before polish. Relaxed casual atmosphere. No too loud music, just a nice background.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but after my second visit, I just had to share my experience. Let me start by saying, that 90-minute Kobi Korugi massage by Asuka was everything I needed and more. From the moment I stepped inside, I was hit with pure relaxation vibes. The whole setup is just stunning, and the massage room? It's like stepping into a zone of total chill. Asuka worked her magic on me, and let me tell you, she's a wizard! She honed in on the asymmetry in my face like a pro, and I didn't even realize how much it needed attention until she worked her magic.

Moemena does the best therapeutic massage. She is very knowledgeable about muscle tension and knows how to release muscle 💪 Knotts. Just an amazing massage therapist. I had the KORUGI facial massage. It was very relaxing. There is nothing else like this! Asuka made me feel very comfortable. Her technique is excellent and the benefits of this facial are "next level." This spa is a hidden "gem" and the ultimate in self care. Make that appointment...go! You deserve it.

I visited RB Beauty Spa at Coast Edmonton Plaza Hotel. My facial treatment was the Kobi Korugi combo. It was the BEST facial massage I have ever received. There were many techniques used to cleanse, reduce puffiness, improve circulation and tone face muscles. Parking was easy and free. It’s an advantage to have since downtown parking is so expensive. It is highly recommended.
