After the initial 5-10 minutes of pressure point release work (which was really quite painful) the therapist got to work on full body deep tissue massage. I left feeling much less stiff and sore. Enjoyed every seconds with NAMI's massage. The shower experience was not great, was cold when not in shower and was too hot sometimes when in shower. Toilet is outside of the shop.

I just had a lymphatic treatment with Georgia and was really impressed. She has a beautiful manner and a great sense of empathy, which made it easy to relax and feel looked after. Her approach is gentle but effective, and you can tell she understands the body well. The clinic space is beautiful and super relaxing, which added to the whole experience. I walked out feeling lighter, less puffy, and much more at ease. I’d happily recommend her to anyone needing some lymphatic support, or massage in general. I can’t wait for my next visit 🥰
