This place never fails to surpass expectations ! Grace was wonderful for me deep tissue massage and I am a crunchy knot mess. Only place I will go even though I live next to Thai Manee Spa and some others. Love it here. Will continue to be back.

This was honestly one of - if not the best massage I’ve ever had. Laila was simply wonderful and I’m glad I went with the signature massage which was recommended and is a combination of Thai (with stretching) and a full body massage with oil and also using hot stone for a part of the treatment. I really enjoyed having a bit of each and it was honestly just what I needed. Also the receptionist Kat is so nice and friendly and made me feel so welcome. I’m so happy I have found such a great spa for massage so close to where I live. I will definitely be coming back again.

It’s always a wonderful experience visiting Siam spa, the staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is always so calming. Mo is outstanding and really cares about her clients, I would definitely recommend this spa for massage, it really is money well spent!

All the staff are great but I really appreciate Rose. She's done my 6-weekly massages for over a year now and I like her style. Firm hands and really empathetic style. Always makes sure the pressure is how you like it.

Didn’t catch the name of my masseuse but oh myyyyy…. brilliant massage! She checked in throughout to see if the pressure was ok. Proper Thai massage expect to be stood on. Will be back

This is a really special service. Kars creates a safe space for everyone. They tailor the experience to your needs in a judgment-free, easy manner, which is so rare for queer people. The ASMR was really great as an introduction to being touched and the massage was incredible. This is the only service in London I know that does live ASMR massage. Using relaxation techniques as a way of grounding yourself into your body is incredibly healing for trans and queer individuals. I cannot recommend Kars enough.

Amazing manicure and pedicure! Mona was tentative, calming and made me feel very relaxed during both nail sessions. The pedicure was especially fantastic, going above and beyond with a foot scrub and massage. I will definitely be returning!

I have been seeing Kars for over 2 years. I keep coming back even after trying other therapists. So intuitive and really listens to what they feel. I love their holistic approach I always feel so relaxed and taken care of- which really important to queer peeps. Also they always have great deep pressure. One of the best massages in London. 10/10 thanks Kars!

Hema was excellent, she did everything to ensure I had a good experience and a relaxing one after I had a stressful day! I had a pedicure, callus removal and polish. It was very good including a foot scrub and massage. I am quite ticklish on my feet so it can be tricky to have this treatment but Hema was very attentive and made sure the pressure was right. I would strongly recommend her and would definitely go back. And my nails look great!

I had a truly lovely experience. My first visit to this salon and was greeted by the friendly and caring hair stylist who is very experienced. I got to sit in a great massage chair when I had my hair mask on and I am very happy with my hair -which was a roots cover for greys. I would highly recommend!
