I spent an hour and a half in the gym so decided to book the massage room for after. It was unreal! The room was so bliss and peaceful, I really felt as tho I had half an hour to turn off and just relax with no worries. I highly recommend the massage chair or even going into the room to just read a book.

Wow wow wow! Mel is not only a top tier sports massage but a truly wonderful soul. From the moment you book in to the moment you leave you will feel in safe hands. Her approach to well being is second to none and her attention to detail and attention to your body/mind is incredible. I had the most wonderful hour with Mel and learnt an incredible amount about my body and alignment. The treatment itself was super, the release I got in my shoulders, lower back, hips and glutes have made a significant difference to how I feel! The massage was so so nice, I almost fell asleep! Keira made the space feel really safe and friendly and always checked in with me to make sure everything was okay and I was enjoying it. Honestly the best place to be if you want a relaxing time and a funny chat. 🩷

Everything about this place is phenomenal! True relaxing and authentic girl power vibes. I had a massage from Andrea today and I swear the woman has super powers - I walked in with years worth of knots and bad posture and I’ve floated out feeling incredible. 10/10 would recommend!
