Absolutely amazing pregnancy full body massage. The room was cosy and comfortable, the pillows provided a lot of support so I was comfortable throughout. The scalp massage was amazing and I came out feeling relaxed and refreshed! Thank you!

Laura is a great massage therapist and very considerate of your condition (I have arthritis). She always goes through details to make sure there are no changes before starting the treatment. The treatment is very relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend Laura.

Lucy is genuinely amazing at what she does. Her massages are far better than any I’ve had at expensive spas, or even travelling in Thailand! She’s very skilled, knowledgable, warm and friendly and the environment at the retreat is super comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend the Relaxaflex treatment, especially if you’ve not tried reflexology before - It’s amazing!!

Hannah always provides the best sports massage. She is incredibly knowledgeable & passionate about her work and it shows. If I ever have muscle issues or pains Hannah seems to fix me! Highly recommend!

Ryan is amazing! I go to him for deep tissue massage for shoulders, lower back and legs. His knowledge and technique are both 10/10, he makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. 100% recommend.
