All the ladies in the Spa are wonderful, Amy, Zoe and Trish are my angels. The only negative point is the hedge along the Ramsgate road which needs regular cutting back, I’m surprised no one hasn’t had their face cut as there are sharp twigs, I have reported this to reception but so far nothing has been done

Been getting my nails done for a while now with Molly and always have the best time. The nail designs are always perfect and match what I ask for.

My friend and I had signed up for a full body massage each. We had enough time to fill out our medical forms and then we were given to option of either a double room or two singles. We were very impressed with both Emily and Sophie professionalism and after our hour were left feeling very relaxed. Thank you and we will be back.

Really enjoyed the exclusivity element, especially as I’m currently self conscious from cancer therapies, it took the worry away from me to not be around strangers. It was so clean, peaceful and the staff were friendly. We weren’t too comfortable on the loungers in the relaxation room, we feel they could be more comfortable to lie on (for constructive feedback), but other than that the whole experience was lovely and we’d definitely return. Sarah was really lovely and very accommodating throughout our treatments, she was a pleasure to get to know. Thank you for a really lovely afternoon 🙏🏼

My treatment was heavenly

Molly was amazing, she made me relax straight away on meeting with her. The heated bed was lovely and relaxing before we even started. I felt very looked after, pampered and spoilt. Molly managed to de-stress my knotted shoulders, I feel like a new person lol. The best birthday present from my husband. Would definitely recommend Molly and I will definitely be back, pun intended lol.
