I had the reset and glow facial this afternoon with Clare and I cannot recommend Clare and the treatment enough! I received a voucher for Ro Skin for my birthday I haven’t been before and don’t often get a facial so was a lovely treat. Clare was so welcoming, friendly and very knowledgable. The room was cosy, warm and so relaxing. Whilst the face mask was on Clare gave a neck, shoulder arm and hand massage which I was not expecting but was amazing! Unreal! Zarah was so lovely throughout my appointment and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my treatment. Amazing results from my massage instantly! 💞

This was my third time booking in with Zarah, I have been in for brow lamination, lash lift and body waxing and at each appointment Zarah was very professional but also very welcoming and friendly. She puts you at ease and makes sure you are comfortable throughout and goes above and beyond for her customers. I was nervous before my first appointment as in the past I have had my eyebrows over waxed/ tweezed which I told Zarah but she did an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted. She gives great aftercare advice also!
