From the minute I walked in, Gemma was so friendly and instantly put me at ease as I was visiting for my first time. We went through a full consultation and she listened to all my answers and explained everything she would be doing. I walked out after my full body massage feeling like I was on top of the world. It was the most relaxed I had felt in months. I don't know what powers she has but it felt magical! Already looking to book in again ♥️

I visited the muscle essence due to suffering with chronic pain. I had a massage and needling done on my shoulders. The difference is night and day. .Jhonathan is amazing at what he does and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Booked a full leg and bikini wax. Really pleased with the results. Shabana is very professional and did a quick job while being careful of my sensitive skin. The treatment room was comfortable and Shabana put me at ease with her friendly manner.

Great experience. Casper is very knowledgeable in his field and I appreciated the quality of his products and advice/recommendations which I asked for. Would definitely recommend and will be returning for sure

I had my first ever massage by Katy - I was pretty nervous and didn’t know what to expect. As soon as I arrived Katy made me feel so relaxed and answered the questions I had. She talked me through the process and at the end of the massage provided me with further recommendations for different therapies. 10/10 would recommend and can’t wait to book again.

I went to see Jhonathan due to having alot of chronic tension in my neck & shoulders which was causing me alot of pain and discomfort. Jhonathan listened to me as I described my symptoms and he explained what could be causing them and ways to help. I had my massage and came out feeling so much better, alot lighter. Jhonathan is a lovely guy and made me feel at ease. He was very knowledgeable, i will definitely visit again. Thank you so much 🥹

Kinga is an amazing therapist. Really relaxing facial and massage and I came out feeling great

I had a wonderful reflexology session with Shabana at Abbey Mill. As someone with fibromyalgia, I’m often nervous about pressure, but Shabana was incredibly considerate and tuned in perfectly to my needs. Her touch was exactly right. I left the session feeling much lighter and more relaxed than I have in a long time. I can’t recommend her enough!

I was warmly welcomed by Kinga, she took the time to as about myself, went through my medical form and explained what she would be doing during my massage. My massage was wonderful, she is a talent at what she does. At the end of my treatment Kinga again talked to me about how to look after myself in the days after my massage, provided me with water and something sweet to pick my sugar levels back up. I left feeling soo relaxed and happy. I would highly recommend Kinga and I will look forward to going back for my follow up treatments. 5 star treatment and therapist.

I had an absolutely wonderful massage and Indian head massage. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and relaxing. Shebana was lovely, professional and made me feel completely at ease.

I have just experienced one of the most amazing treatments I’ve ever received ! I had the 1 hour full body massage followed by the foot scrub & massage and I can’t recommend d Katie highly enough … such a warm , friendly , professional lady who put me at ease instantly …. And her experience in dealing with chronic back pain really helped with my own back issues and had done an amazing job in easing my problems , I’ll be returning to Katie for further treatments as it’s been fabulous !

Gemma is a lovely girl felt comfortable from the moment I steeped in. Gemma explained everything well and clear the workplace was clean and spotless my face felt fresh and looked so much better after my facial. Also she gives a lovely relaxing massage. Will be back again

I’m honestly so impressed with Kacper’s work! He is an absolutely amazing hairdresser and a true professional. From the moment I sat in the chair I felt that I was in very good hands. He listens carefully to what you want, gives great advice, and the final result is always even better than expected. Kacper pays incredible attention to detail and you can clearly see he is passionate about what he does. My hair has never looked this healthy, shiny and perfectly styled. The colour and cut are just absolutely flawless. Very highly recommended!

Went for a back, neck & shoulders massage, was great. Katie was really welcoming, could have just lay there all day. Will defo be back 😊
