Having a massage has never appealed to me as I am quite body conscious but, due to some intensive training for some forthcoming challenge events, my coach suggested a full body massage to loosen some of my muscles off. Claire Beauty Latimer is so professional. She made me feel totally at ease and comfortable and she knew exactly which muscles needed focus. She has totally altered my opinion of having a massage. Anyone who has a fear of feeling vulnerable or exposed should definitely put their faith and trust in Claire. I can’t recommend her enough.

Sasha was fantastic. My deep tissue message was wonderful. Had an amazing experience and enjoyed the conversation too. I slept in for the first time in years so she must have worked some magic. Would definitely recommend.

Up to now I have had nails, full body hot stone massage, Indian head massage and lashes love all my treatments

Embodied Magic was a new treatment to me and I was surprised at how such a gentle touch could help my muscles lengthen. I left feeling really content - fabulous as always

Clean, felt Covid safe and a very welcoming friendly calm environment. Feel totally pampered by the lovely Claire for my gel nails and nail art they look gorgeous very happy. Followed by full head of highlights and further pampering by the lovely Helen. Hair looks and feels fab feels totally rejuvenated. To finish of the pampering with the lovely Marie eyebrow tint and wax. I would highly recommend a visit if u want pampering. These lovely ladies are a pleasure to be around. 🥰☺️

I’ve visited Be.Well Nottingham many times and each session has been consistently excellent. The space is calm and welcoming, and the therapist is professional and knowledgeable, always tailoring the massage to my needs. I deal with spine and lower back issues, and they always manage to ease the pain and release tension. The deep tissue massage is intense but genuinely therapeutic. I leave feeling lighter, looser, and well cared for. Highly recommend!

I went for a full body massage with Kaim and an Indian head massage too. I feel like a million pounds now I really I'am feeling so relaxed. Thank you so much Kam your hands are magic. i will be book again.

I had a full body massage today with Paula and it was incredible! She really pays attention to what the body needs, the pressure was just right and I felt so relaxed the whole time. Don't think twice about booking with her, Paula is absolutely amazing!

It was my first time getting my hair done with Mia and I’m absolutely over the moon with my hair! Mia has completely brought my confidence back! She made me feel so comfortable the whole appointment and always communicated with what she was doing to my hair. I had a full head highlights with a toner and Mia achieved above and beyond my expectations I can’t recommend her enough I will definitely be booking back in with her x
