I’ve tried the bio relax mat Post illness when I lacked energy. I found the mat really relaxing but also energising. It gives a lovely warm glow to the body and changes seem subtle but it was after I had used the mat that I could notice the difference in my energy levels. It also helped to restore my night time sleep patterns.

Comparing this to my many experiences I can not fault this experience. Ample parking with no charge,offered coffee or soft drink upon arrival and the whole atmosphere incredibly relaxed yet professional on every level. Felt like I was with old friends having a catch up whilst they made me look and feel like Princess. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all beauty needs.

I am now around 5/6 slimyonik sessions and 2 endymed contour so far. Amy made me feel at ease and the knowledge she has is also very beneficial. After the first 5 sessions I felt my legs had slimmed and my body shape has changed. I look forward to seeing the end result. Would Definately recommend Amy and Kelly for treatments and will always use again.

My face was extremely dry and looked dull, I think the between the colder temperatures and indoor heating had dried it out. I came for the facial with my 13-year-old daughter, who's suffering from bad acne. Amy was amazing, skin looking radiant and clean. The whole process was very enjoyable. Through the session, Amy provided lots of advice on how to care for skin and recommended a few supplement reconciliations. We loved it and will be coming back.

Megan is fab. She’s a true professional and explains each treatment step by step. She’s also very honest in guiding you to the best treatments for you rather than just saying ‘yes’ to a treatment you want but isn’t suitable for you. Megan is very personable. I love her cabin too. It’s so chilled and relaxing. Highly recommended.
