From start to finish everything was honestly perfect. Room was cosy and warm, smelling beautiful of a candle burning in the corner. Lights dimmed. I had a body scrub and aromatherapy massage which just set the scene for relaxation! Then a full works facial with derma plane and brasion included then onto the most magical reiki ever. Your soul has to be at ease to get the most out of reiki and so the vibe was perfect. Flowed brilliantly from start to finish. Beth thinks of everything! Golden girl 💛💛💛

Highly recommend this treatment for anyone looking to de-stress. The lymphatic stomach massage felt very gentle yet effective, and the Reiki added a whole other layer of relaxation. The space itself is beautiful and very clean. Rachel was professional, warm, and attentive to how I was feeling. I felt incredibly calm during and after the session—it was exactly what I needed for both my body and mind!

I was apprehensive at first. I booked sleep deprived at 2am at a really good price, I’ve been in so much discomfort with my back for far too long. The space was very clean and professional, the welcome was warm and I felt very safe to relax. I booked the deep tissue back massage and although uncomfortable at times, (the nature of what I asked for) he has worked an absolute miracle! I don’t get massages often, however I will be booking again to try get in once a month as a treat. I rang 3 people on the way home to express how brilliant it was! Thank you so much for today and see you again! X

Absolutely amazing sports massage of Michael . Ive been in so much pain an now feeling like a weight been lifted off my shoulders he gone to detail on everything that was wrong in diffrent parts of my body an worked on making it better. Not only has he done my sports massage hes gaven me physio I need to work on at home . An will be keep an eye on my progress. 100 percent I would recommend him to everyone. I booked a course of 5 hyperbaric oxygen chamber sessions for post-op recovery. The clinic is spotless with beautiful decor; the staff are all helpful, courteous and kind. I had some openings on my incisions which I thought the chamber would help to heal. Much to my disappointment, my wounds have increased in size therefore, I am unsure how beneficial this has been in my healing journey, therefore, I won't book another course at present. It's great to have a clinic like this locally and I would use the clinic again if I thought that any of the treatments would benefit me in the future.

So good I'm struggling to find the words. I've had a​ beautiful mix of Massage and Myofascia Release​ treatment today, which is the best massage treatment I've ever had. She listened to me and created something unique to me and my needs in that moment. I feel the most rested I have in a long time. I would highly recommend her to anyone who experiences headaches and/or chronic pain. I'm trying to go back before I leave Liverpool, just wish she wasn't so far away from home for me!

The room itself is very relaxing and peaceful, love the decor and everything in it. I was completely relaxed and comfortable the whole time I was there. I haven’t felt that relaxed and calm in a very long time!

I have been attending the clinic since last September. The clinic is immaculate- the staff are very informative of the body balance procedure- and they are so polite and friendly . I feel the benefit of the procedure after every appointment- my ankles and knees feel so much less tight. I know there are a lot more procedures in the clinic - I would absolutely recommend everyone giving body balancer a trial I am sure everyone would benefit from this procedure. Angela Seal

Beth is honestly incredible. I had a facial for an hour and a half and from the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely relaxed. She is such a lovely person and has such a calming presence, you instantly feel at ease with her. I’ve probably had over 100 facials and massages and I can genuinely say Beth is the best I’ve ever been to. Her treatments are on another level. My skin is glowing afterwards and the whole experience is pure relaxation. I genuinely look forward to my monthly facials now and I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
