I met Matt for a follow up appointment today following my full knee assessment late November last year. He was very helpful. I wanted recommendations for my continued self help and it was delivered. I appreciated his honesty when informed my treatment is complete unless my circumstances change. I think Matt is very competent and I would highly recommend him to anyone having Osteoarthritis. Mat was very informative and helped me understand what is happening to my body from a muscular skeletal perspective. My work experience is in Neurological conditions, and entirely different discipline. All advice was offered in plain English (by what I mean is "layman's terms" not jargon) Very helpful. An exercise routine recommended which is achievable and realistic. I have come to realise that at 63, I am no longer superman and invincible and welcomed the support offered. Thank you Mat.

I had my first sports massage today, Matt was so helpful and really worked on the areas I was struggling with.
