This was my third massage with Andrew. I opted for a deep tissue again to help resolve aches and pain from working a desk job for many years. Andrew is welcoming, polite and professional, with a very calming demeanour. Excellent at listening to any concerns you have, explaining the treatment options and always checks in when it comes to your comfort and pressure used during each session. Every massage has been so relaxing and I’ve felt the benefits after each one. Both studios are gorgeously decorated and easy to get to via public transport. Looking forward to my next! Had eyebrow lamination and a lash tint with Stephanie. I have had these treatments at various salons in Glasgow and I can honestly say this is the best brow lamination I have ever had. Stephanie did a fantastic job and I left feeling delighted with my perfect brows! Thank you!

I had an incredible experience with Andrew that I just have to share! After months of hitting the gym hard, I booked a Deep Tissue massage to work out the kinks in my muscles, and let me tell you, Andrew truly delivered! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and inviting! The massage itself was pure bliss; Andrew’s skill and technique worked wonders, melting away all my tension. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and I can't recommend him enough - I’ll be booking again! Huge thanks Andrew for working your magic!

Had a another blissful session with the lovely Shabana this afternoon at P&P Hospice. It started with meditation to relax me into the session, then a whole body hot stone and warm bamboo massage. This was followed by a refreshing facial. I drifted off for a while. I would highly recommend visiting Shabana whose compassion shines through her therapeutic skills. I will be booking another session soon.😊

Had a great session with Xenia. Really holistic approach to the massage, talked through where I felt needed focus and took time to check in during the session. She worked out areas of tension I didn't even realise I had without needing any heavy handedness. She's really intuitive in her approach, so the massage is very tailored to your body's needs. Never been so relaxed and felt so peaceful whilst also getting the tension release of a deep tissue massage.

Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Because consent is so emphasised throughout and you are asked to communicate during the treatment the results go much deeper and become incredibly therapeutic somatically. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Aneesah is not only a lovely person but extremely professional in all that she does. It is such a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable experience to be at the receiving end of all her beauty treatments. The whole atmosphere in the Hospice is one of such calmness and Aneesah just keeps that going with her treatments.

What a beautiful experience! The treatment started with a beautiful affirmation card that I got to keep, followed by an explanation of what was to come. The massage was absolutely divine, I swear I left my body at one point. Meral has a wonderful touch & adds so many lovely touches to this service, it’s so much more than just a full body massage. I arrived carrying my body like a badly packed suitcase — everything jammed in, nothing quite where it should be. Two hours later, I left feeling unpacked, listened to, and reassembled. This isn’t just a massage. It’s a full-body myofascial session. The space is warm and genuinely welcoming, and Amira herself is calm, attentive and present without being intrusive, skilled without being forceful. Nothing is forced, it feels safe to let go. Things softened because they were allowed to. My body feels freer today than it has in a long time. I left calmer and more at home in myself. The best! 💜

I cannot praise nor thank Shabana enough for her extra special tlc today. What a kind and genuinely caring person - qualities so often lacking in humankind these days I sought her help by booking a head massage to help alleviate pain in my shoulders, neck and head. When I described my symptoms.to Shabana she suggested the hot stone and bamboo might be a better solution and she proceeded to give me a full hours treatment with the hot stones and bamboo. A wonderful experience in peaceful surroundings. More than just a massage. Eleni started with a short consultation to identify any areas of concern. This was followed by a few minutes of breath work, which I had not done before, but found very helpful in putting me in a tranquil state for the full body massage, including face. It was easily the most relaxing message I’ve ever had! Felt so chilled at the end of it, an overwhelming sense of calm. Eleni was attentive throughout, checking that the pressure was OK etc. I also received a herbal tea blend to take away with me. Highest recommendation!

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.
