I had the most relaxing morning today with Rebecca Jayne. I had the head to toe body glow, a full body glycowash and scrub followed by a full body massage. Rebecca was fantastic and made me feel very welcome and so relaxed in her beautiful salon. Xx

I had Reflexology with Jennifer and it was my third session. I have been suffering with poor mental health for a while and my anxiety when I first started was awful. Since then Reflexology has given me the tools my body needed to recover from overwhelming feeling that I have and I have even been able to get REM sleep, something I never used to have!! I can't recommend her enough, it's not just the Reflexology she offers support that aids with mental health recovery and wellbeing. It has been transformative for me and actually better then therapy! Absolutely need to try it's the best!!!!
